The DG4V32CMU1T750 valve is part of the DG4 Directional Valves series from Vickers and serves to route hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It uses a wet armature solenoid that draws 30 W, and Class H coil insulation tolerates elevated temperatures so the unit can stay energized continuously. A 100 % duty cycle supports demanding control loops, while reliable actuation is maintained when supply voltage falls to 90 % of nominal. Ports P, A, and B withstand operating pressures up to 350 bar, while the tank port handles 210 bar, covering most industrial oil circuits. An IP67 enclosure prevents dust ingress and allows temporary immersion, enabling outdoor or wash-down placement. Fluid entering the valve must meet ISO 4406 19/17/14 cleanliness to minimize wear and stick-slip effects. The NFPA D03 (CETOP 3) mounting pattern aligns with common sub-plates, so the valve can replace existing units without manifold changes.
