The DG4V32AMUH760 directional valve is produced by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series and directs pressurized fluid to selected passages in hydraulic automation circuits. It uses solenoid actuation to shift the spool electronically, and the wet armature design keeps moving parts lubricated by system oil. A 24 VDC coil ties directly into common control power, while power consumption remains at 30 W so supply components can be sized accurately. The coil is encapsulated to a Class F thermal rating that resists insulation damage, and the winding itself meets Class H requirements for further heat tolerance. Continuous energization is possible because the coil is rated for a 100 % duty cycle. Wiring is completed through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) plug which enables fast replacement without opening conduit.
A plain manual override lets maintenance staff move the spool during setup or when electrical power is absent. The valve handles a rated flow of 80 l/min (21 US gpm) to support medium-capacity actuator groups, and an IP67 enclosure rating prevents dust ingress and protects against brief water immersion. Working pressure on the P, A, and B ports reaches 350 bar (5000 psi), while the tank port tolerates 207 bar (3000 psi) to accommodate back-pressure in return lines. The mounting surface follows ISO 4401-03, also known as CETOP 3 or NFPA D03, allowing interchangeability with standard subplates. A closed center spool blocks all ports in the neutral position to hold loads, and a spring offset toward port A returns the valve to its fail-safe state when the solenoid is de-energized.
