The DG4V32AMPBWLB40 directional valve is manufactured by Vickers and belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series. It routes hydraulic flow in automated circuits and tolerates 350 bar (5000 psi) on ports P, A, and B. Direction control is provided by a closed center spool that blocks every port in the neutral position, and a spring offset moves the spool end-to-end to a defined rest state after de-energization. Actuation is handled by a wet armature solenoid that consumes 30 W and is designed for continuous operation at 100 % duty cycle, allowing uninterrupted cycling in servo logic blocks.
Class F coil encapsulation combined with Class H insulation protects the winding against elevated temperature during long service life. The body mates to manifolds through the ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A interface and follows the CETOP 3 (NFPA D03) mounting pattern so it can replace other D03 valves without reworking port geometry. Installation requires #10-24 UNC-2B bolts, which secure the housing firmly to the subplate and maintain seal compression under full system pressure.
