The DG4V32AMP7H7P1050 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series from Vickers and directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It uses a closed center spool, so all service ports remain blocked when the solenoid is not energized. A single spring offset returns the spool to its rest position to secure circuit status after power loss. The wet armature solenoid minimizes external leakage because the moving core operates immersed in hydraulic fluid. A 24 VDC coil lets the valve be driven by standard low-voltage controllers commonly found in mobile or industrial systems. Electrical load is limited to 30 W, allowing compact power supplies to operate the coil without excessive current draw. Continuous energization is permitted by the 100 % duty cycle, preventing thermal shutdown during long holds. Thermal resilience is further supported by Class F encapsulation and a Class H winding, which protect the coil insulation under elevated temperatures. Packard Weatherpak male pins on the top provide a sealed connection for harsh environments.

The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-03 interface, making it interchangeable with CETOP 3 (D03) subplates. Four M5-0.8-6H tapped holes accept the mounting bolts specified for this size. Proper clamping is achieved when the bolts are tightened between 4.5 and 6.0 N·m. The P port includes a 1.0 mm orifice that meters inlet flow for stable spool shifting. Operating pressure on ports P, A, and B can reach 350 bar, giving the valve a 5000 psi working capacity. The tank port is limited to 210 bar, establishing a safe 3000 psi return pressure. Hydraulic fluid must be maintained to ISO 4406 cleanliness level 19/17/14 to prevent wear and sticking. These mechanical and fluid limits ensure consistent directional control within high-pressure automation circuits.
