The DG4V30CPLT10JAS310 is a directional valve produced by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits and holds the spool in a neutral position until a control signal arrives. A spool type 0 provides an open center path so all ports connect when the coil is de-energized, and a spring-centered C arrangement returns the spool to this neutral state once the signal is removed. The wet armature solenoid immerses the armature in oil, which dampens noise and increases service life. Wiring is made through a terminal block, simplifying panel connections and field replacement. The valve withstands 350 bar (5000 psi) at the pressure, A, and B ports, allowing use in high-pressure mobile and industrial systems.

A mounting interface of ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A allows direct stacking on subplates built to that code, while the CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 port pattern aligns the flow channels for global interchangeability. M5 x 0.8 mounting bolts secure the body to the manifold and prevent shift under load. The unit can be kept continuously energized because the relative duty factor is 100 % ED, eliminating the need for cycling to cool the coil. An oil cleanliness level of ISO 4406 19/17/14 is required to protect the spool lands from abrasion and maintain response accuracy. This mounting pattern also simplifies replacement during maintenance.
