The DG4V30BMP7H750 directional valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation systems that require precise oil routing between pump, actuator, and tank. It uses a 0 open center spool so oil can circulate freely when the solenoid is not energized, and it can handle flow rates up to 40 l/min to accommodate medium-sized circuits. The pressure capability on the P, A, and B ports reaches 350 bar, making the valve suitable for high-pressure industrial machinery. A 24 VDC coil drives a wet armature solenoid, giving quiet operation and efficient heat transfer while conforming to a DC supply. The winding meets Class H insulation standards to survive elevated temperatures during frequent cycling, and the electrical load is limited to 30 W to simplify power supply selection.
Continuous duty is supported by a 100 % ED rating so the coil can remain energized without cooldown intervals. Packard Weatherpak P7 pins provide the sealed electrical interface, and a water-resistant manual override lets technicians shift the spool during commissioning or power loss. The valve tolerates 210 bar in the tank port, permitting backpressure in return lines, and installs on an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A subplate for interchangeability with other components.
