The DG4V30BLMUHL760 valve is built by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series and is applied in hydraulic automation to shift flow paths under electrical command. It is solenoid operated so the spool moves when an electromagnetic force is applied, and the coil runs on 24 V DC while drawing 18 W. Energization follows the ANSI B93.9 standard, giving predictable response times across common controls. A left-hand build places the coil on the left side to align with manifolds designed for that orientation. The spool has an open center pattern that joins all ports in the de-energized state, and a spring offset end-to-center return forces the spool back to neutral when power is removed. Technicians can shift the element manually by using the plain override, and no indicator light is fitted so position feedback must be taken from system pressure or flow.
The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3/NFPA D03) interface so it fits standard subplates without adapters. Electrical connection is through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) plug, allowing quick coil replacement during maintenance. The assembly withstands 350 bar (5000 psi) at ports p, a, and b, which suits high-pressure circuits, and it carries up to 80 L/min to match medium flow actuators. Petroleum oils are the specified working fluids, and system cleanliness has to meet ISO 4406 19/17/14 to prevent spool scoring. Overall body length is 155.956 mm, supporting compact manifold layouts while leaving space for adjacent valves.
