The dg4v-3-obl-m-u-hl7-60-p10 is produced by Vickers in the DG4 Directional Valves series to route hydraulic flow where automated control is required. An ISO 4401-03 mounting interface lets the valve bolt directly to CETOP 3 or NFPA D03 subplates without adapters. Spool type 0 forms an open-center path so pump flow returns to tank when the coil is not energized, while the BL spring arrangement shifts the spool from an end position to center after power is removed. A rated pressure of 350 bar supports high-pressure supply lines, and the tank port is limited to 207 bar to protect return circuits. The P-port restrictor contains a 1.0 mm orifice that moderates inlet flow for smoother actuator response.
The solenoid uses a DC coil supply, and a 100 % ED duty cycle permits continuous energization during long machine cycles. An ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector provides quick electrical hookup, and when that plug is fitted the assembly achieves IP67 ingress protection to keep dust and water out of the coil housing. Maximum subplate port diameters are 6.5 mm for gray iron and 7.0 mm for steel or SG iron blocks; these limits maintain proper sealing land width and prevent excessive velocity at the interface.
