DG4V-3-OBL-M-P7-H-750

The DG4V-3-OBL-M-P7-H-750 directional valve is manufactured by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits, opening and closing passages according to solenoid commands. The open center spool designated as type 0 allows pump flow to return to tank when the solenoid is de-energized, reducing standby pressure. A BL arrangement positions the spool with a spring centered, single solenoid on the left side, providing automatic return to neutral after actuation. The coil operates at 24 VDC so common control power supplies can drive the solenoid without additional conversion. KU coils exit from the top with flying leads, simplifying routing inside machine wireways. The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3 / NFPA D03) interface and is intended for subplate mounting, enabling quick replacement without disturbing pipework.

A P7 electrical connection uses male Packard Weatherpak pins, giving sealed engagement to prevent moisture intrusion into the wiring. The manual override marked H is water-resistant, allowing technicians to shift the spool during testing even in wet environments. Ports P, A, and B can withstand pressures up to 350 bar (5075 psi), which suits high-pressure industrial power units. The T port has a lower maximum of 207 bar (3000 psi) to match typical return-line ratings and avoid hose over-specification. These pressure capacities let the valve handle cylinders and motors with significant load demands. The protected wiring and override features support consistent operation when equipment is exposed to vibration and spray.
