The DG4V-3-2A-W-B-20-S300 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series produced by Vickers. It directs pressurized oil through selected passages to start, stop, or reverse actuators in hydraulic automation circuits. As a directional control valve, it shifts flow paths on command. Actuation is provided by a solenoid, so electrical signals can move the spool without manual effort. A spring-centered mechanism returns the single solenoid spool to its neutral position when power is removed, maintaining predictable standby status. In neutral the spool adopts a closed-center pattern that blocks ports P, A, and B to isolate circuits until the next command.

The valve mounts on a subplate that follows the ISO 4401-03 interface, so it can be exchanged with other CETOP 3 or NFPA D03 components without altering manifold patterns. Subplate mounting keeps replacement fast and eliminates line-mounted plumbing. Electrical leads are supplied as flying DC wires, allowing direct connection to machine harnesses, and the wiring housing accepts a 1/2 in NPT conduit thread for standard shop fittings. Rated working pressure at the P, A, and B ports reaches 350 bar (5075 psi), enabling use in high-pressure circuits common to industrial presses and mobile equipment.
