The POC1-10-F-IS4G-005 check valve is produced by Vickers within the Check Valves series for hydraulic automation circuits. It fits into an SDC10-3S cavity, allowing drop-in installation in standardized manifolds. The valve opens when the inlet exceeds a cracking pressure of 0.3 bar, providing low resistance start-up. Once open, flow is permitted from port 2 to port 1, defining the free-flow direction for system designers. A rated flow of 57 l/min can pass through the valve while maintaining stable operation. System pressure can reach 350 bar, matching the valve’s rated pressure for high-duty circuits. A pilot ratio of 3:1 lets upstream pilot pressure reliably override the check function when required.
The valve is delivered in a cartridge and housing configuration, so it can be mounted as a self-contained unit. The surrounding body is made of steel, which resists fatigue under repeated pressure cycles. A Buna-N seal is used to protect against leakage when exposed to common hydraulic oils. Pilot control is taken from port 3, simplifying external plumbing for reverse flow commands. When the pilot signal is absent, a fixed mechanical override maintains check action without adjustment. Internal clearances limit leakage to 5 drops per minute at 350 bar, supporting tight circuit holding requirements. The connection interface is a 1/2 BSP port, providing compatibility with standard tube fittings.
