The DF10P1-16-65-20-JA is a check valve from the Check Valves series produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation tasks. It is built as an angle check valve with a flange connection, allowing flow to turn ninety degrees while blocking reverse movement in manifold or line installations. A 2 in port size ties the valve to medium-diameter piping commonly found in power units and machinery circuits. The unit passes up to 500 L/min, so large volume actuators can be supplied without excessive pressure drop. Opening begins at 0.46 MPa, a cracking pressure chosen to keep the line filled yet prevent unintended flow when system pressure falls. Holes drilled to 28.5 mm depth provide full thread engagement without risking breakthrough into the flow path. During installation, mounting bolts are tightened to 108–132 N·m to maintain joint integrity under pulsating load.
