The 4CKD90-1-S-3 check valve is manufactured by Vickers for the Check Valves series and is intended for directional control in hydraulic automation. It installs as a screw-in cartridge and fits cavity A12336. A poppet style seat provides positive closure, while pilot operated function allows remote opening through a 25:1 pilot ratio. The internal pilot piston is equipped with a seal, preventing unintended bypass between passages. Three valve ports configured for cartridge-only mounting let the unit integrate directly into a manifold. Nominal leakage is limited to 0.3 cc per minute, supporting load holding when the valve is closed.
The valve handles working pressures up to 350 bar and passes flow rates as high as 90 L per minute. Overall dimensions are 81.534 mm in length with both height and width at 31.979 mm, allowing placement in compact blocks. Buna-N sealing is used for compatibility with standard hydraulic oils, and system cleanliness should be maintained at 18/16/13 to protect the seating surfaces.
