The 4CKD90-1-P check valve is manufactured by Vickers as part of the Check Valves series for directional control in hydraulic automation circuits. It installs as a screw-in cartridge, allowing direct placement into a manifold block and minimizing external plumbing. The component fits an A12336 cavity, so manifold machining must follow that profile for correct seating. Because the valve is provided as cartridge only, all ports are accessed through the manifold, which supports clean packaging of the hydraulic assembly. Three valve ports are available, giving separate passages for inlet, outlet, and pilot lines. A pilot ratio of 25:1 permits a small pilot flow to reliably overcome spring force and open the main poppet when reverse flow is required. The valve is supplied without a separate housing because the manifold bore provides structural support, a choice that cuts overall system weight. There is no pilot piston seal included, so the user must rely on the metal-to-metal fit and system fluid cleanliness to maintain pilot integrity.
