The 3CA300-2.0-S check valve belongs to the Check Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers. It permits forward flow and blocks reverse flow in hydraulic automation circuits. The valve matches cavity A13245, allowing installation in standard Vickers manifold pockets. Its screw-in cartridge format lets technicians mount the unit directly into a machined block without extra piping. Direct acting operation causes the poppet to respond to line pressure without a pilot stage. A cracking pressure of 2 bar defines the minimum pressure needed to open and protect idle actuators from drift. The design handles 300 L/min of flow for medium-capacity systems, withstands up to 350 bar for high-pressure service, and is supplied as cartridge only so manifold designers may position it wherever space permits.

The valve offers two functional ports, limiting internal flow paths to one inlet and one outlet. Housing ports are also limited to two, which simplifies drilling patterns in the manifold. An overall length of 72.390 mm sets the cavity depth required for proper seating. The body width of 45.999 mm specifies the bore diameter that holds the main seal, while an identical height of 45.999 mm keeps the cartridge profile square for even load distribution. Internal leakage is restricted to 0.2 cc/min, helping the circuit maintain pressure when the valve is closed. These dimensional and performance limits allow the cartridge to integrate reliably in diverse hydraulic power units.
