The 180G0032 valve belongs to the VRH Pressure Relief Valves series manufactured by Danfoss and is installed in hydraulic automation loops to discharge excess pressure from tap-water lines. Its body is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, giving the unit corrosion resistance for long service life with potable water. BSP threaded ports are provided so technicians can attach the valve to standard British pipe fittings without adapters. The inlet port is 3/8 in, a diameter suited for compact service lines where space is limited. A maximum operating pressure rating of 140 barg allows the valve to guard components in high-pressure wash or test rigs while remaining inside its structural limit.

The outlet port is also 3/8 in, which keeps flow symmetry and simplifies hose selection on the discharge side. The valve begins to open when system pressure reaches the 25 barg minimum set point, ensuring stable operation in low-pressure startup conditions. Once open, it can pass up to 30 l/min to rapidly relieve spikes and keep upstream pressure within safe bounds. Operation is permitted at media temperatures up to 50 °C, so the valve remains functional in warm water circuits found in industrial cleaning or coolant systems.
