The 180G0003 pressure relief valve is manufactured by Danfoss and belongs to the VRH Pressure Relief Valves series. It is intended to maintain safe line pressures in hydraulic automation circuits by opening when the inlet pressure exceeds a defined setting. The valve body is produced from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance needed for common process fluids. Connections follow the BSP thread standard so it integrates with widely used European pipe fittings. The operating window starts at 80 barg and tops out at 140 barg, which lets system designers protect medium-to-high pressure loops without resorting to multiple devices. When the poppet lifts, the passage supports a peak flow of 60 l/min, allowing quick pressure decay and reducing the risk of transient spikes.

For reliable service the valve handles media temperatures up to 50 °C, matching oil and water-glycol circuits typically found in machine tools and presses.
