The 180L1027 solenoid valve belongs to the VDHT Solenoid Valves series by Danfoss. It is designed to control hydraulic flow in automation circuits. The valve follows a 2/2 flow path so it either fully opens or fully blocks the line. It is supplied in a normally closed state which keeps fluid isolated until the coil is energized. Both inlet and outlet ports share a 3/4 in connection that conforms to the BSP standard for easy integration with common pipework. A 35 mm piston diameter provides the sealing surface needed to withstand demanding cycle counts. The valve mounts directly on a manifold, easing replacement and minimizing external plumbing.

During operation the 180L1027 accommodates up to 120 l/min without exceeding its differential limits, and it tolerates working pressures as high as 210 barg for high power hydraulic circuits. Media temperatures can rise to 90 °C, allowing the valve to handle warm oils or water-glycol blends typical in machinery cooling loops. Net weight is 4.616 kg, an important figure for load calculations on compact blocks or mobile equipment.
