The 180L0093 solenoid valve is part of the VDHT Solenoid Valves series produced by Danfoss for hydraulic automation circuits that need dependable on-off control of liquid media. It follows a straightway configuration that permits direct line routing, and its 2/2 design provides a single inlet and single outlet shut-off function. The unit is pilot operated so the 13.5 mm actuator moves an 18 mm piston with reduced coil power while still achieving full opening. Both ports are 3/8 in and threaded to the BSP standard, simplifying installation in common manifold blocks. An AISI 304 stainless steel body resists corrosion in water-based or mild chemical fluids.
Maximum flow reaches 30 l/min, giving stable delivery for medium-size hydraulic branches. The operating pressure window spans from 4 barg to 160 barg, allowing the same component to handle low-pressure priming as well as high-pressure working lines. Media temperatures from 2 °C up to 90 °C are tolerated, so chilled or moderately hot process liquids can pass without damaging internal parts. An FKM seal maintains tight closure across that temperature and pressure range while resisting common hydraulic oils and refrigerants. These characteristics enable reliable service in diverse industrial control loops without additional adaptations.
