The 180L0019 valve belongs to the VDHT Solenoid Valves series manufactured by Danfoss to provide on-off flow control in hydraulic automation circuits. It uses direct operation so the solenoid armature lifts the seat without pilot assistance, and its 13.5 mm actuator moves the poppet with minimal stroke. A 2/2-way configuration permits simple switching between an open and a closed state, while the straightway passage keeps flow resistance low. An AISI 304 stainless-steel body protects against corrosion from water-glycol or light oil media, and FKM sealing elements maintain tightness when exposed to common hydraulic fluids. Process connections are threaded to simplify maintenance, and the threads follow the BSP standard to match existing instrumentation fittings. Both inlet and outlet ports share a 1/4 in size, enabling the valve to drop into small-bore pipe networks without adapters. Media temperature can range from 2 °C to 90 °C, allowing reliable actuation with chilled circuits or moderately heated lines while preserving seal integrity.
