The 061L1365 reversing valve is part of the STF Reversing Valves series produced by Danfoss for hydraulic automation circuits that need controlled flow reversal. It withstands a maximum working pressure of 49 bar, enabling use in high-pressure refrigerant lines. Medium temperatures can reach 160 °C, so the valve manages hot discharge gas without loss of function. A minimum operating differential of 3 bar is required for reliable slide movement between ports. Flow exits through a 1 1/8 in discharge connection and returns through a 1 3/8 in suction connection, both made from copper to simplify brazed installation.
The unit operates in ambient conditions from –30 °C to 55 °C, making it suitable for equipment installed outdoors. It also allows media as cold as –30 °C to circulate without compromising sealing materials. Reversal remains dependable up to a 31 bar differential, while internal bypass during transition is limited to 10 000 cm³/min to minimize process losses. The housing endures vibration levels of 19.6 m/s², preventing performance drift when mounted on compressors or mobile frames.
