The 061L1194 reversing valve is produced by Danfoss as part of the STF Reversing Valves series. It switches flow paths in hydraulic automation circuits to alternate between heating and cooling modes. This model follows design configuration style E, and all process connections are made from copper to resist corrosion. The discharge port is a 1/2-inch female connection, while the suction side uses a 5/8-inch line size to fit common refrigeration tubing. The valve tolerates a working pressure up to 45 bar, begins to shift at a minimum differential pressure of 3 bar, and can operate against pressures up to 31 bar during reversal.
For R410A applications at a 0.2 bar pressure drop, the valve provides a capacity of 15.27 kW, supporting medium temperatures from −20 °C to 120 °C. It functions in ambient environments ranging between −20 °C and 55 °C without derating. Dynamic installations are supported because the assembly withstands vibration levels of 19.6 m/s². Internal tightness is controlled with a maximum leakage rate of 1 500 cm³ per minute. The unit is supplied without a coil, allowing users to select a magnetic actuator separately to match their control voltage.
