The Danfoss 148B5608 is a check and stop valve from the SCA Check and Stop Valves series. It features a nominal size of DN 40, equivalent to 1 1/2 inches, and has a butt weld DIN connection compliant with EN 10220. The valve housing is made from steel P285QH+QT, while the spindle is constructed from stainless steel AISI 303 for durability. The O-ring is manufactured from chloroprene, commonly known as neoprene, and the spring loaded seal uses PTFE material. It can operate at a maximum working pressure of 52 bar and handles a maximum temperature of 150°C, with a minimum temperature capability of -60°C.
