The 017D003066 pressure switch is part of the RT Pressure Switches series produced by Danfoss for basic hydraulic automation tasks that require precise low-pressure monitoring. It leaves the factory set to trip at 0.12 bar, and the SPDT neutral-zone contact changes state with a 0.1 bar differential so the control circuit sees minimal pressure fluctuation. The contact resets automatically after pressure falls, eliminating manual intervention. A maximum working pressure of 11 bar defines the highest continuous load, while a 13 bar test pressure verifies mechanical integrity during inspection. Fluid ports use a 3/8 connection machined to ISO 228-1, allowing standard fittings. Electrical termination is through a screwed cable entry sized 2 × Pg 13.5, giving strain-relieved wiring for control panels.
An IP66 enclosure rating keeps dust and high-pressure water jets from reaching internal contacts, preserving switch function in exposed areas. The unit remains operational from –50 °C to 70 °C so it tolerates cold starts and high ambient heat.
