The 070L3482 oil pump is part of the RSA Oil Pumps series manufactured by Danfoss and supplies kerosene or light oil to hydraulic automation circuits. It delivers 180 L/h in a one-stage layout that reduces internal leakage and simplifies maintenance. A factory pressure setting of 10 bar eliminates field adjustment, while left-hand rotation aligns with drives that spin counter-clockwise. The 7/16 in shaft couples to standard motor hubs, and a maximum starting torque of 0.3 N-m keeps motor sizing modest. During rated operation the unit consumes 161 W, giving predictable electrical loading for panel designers.
A shut-off closing function stops flow when the drive halts, protecting downstream components in multi-circuit installations. Dual pipe connections provide separate supply and return paths common in burner loops. Internal filtration is handled by a ring filter offering 170 cm² of area; its 150 µm grade captures larger particulates before they reach control valves. The pump operates safely up to 3600 rpm and tolerates media temperatures to 120 °C, supporting hot light-oil service. Compatibility with a 100 % biofuel blend allows use in renewable fuel systems without hardware changes.
