It operates with a single stage arrangement, a configuration that simplifies maintenance while keeping discharge characteristics predictable. The rated flow reaches 82 L/h, providing moderate throughput for compact fluid circuits. A drive speed of 3600 op/min matches standard motor outputs, and left-hand rotation defines the direction required for correct shaft coupling. The 8 mm shaft diameter fits common couplers, and a starting torque of 0.22 N-m allows low-power motors to bring the unit to operating speed. For installations that transition to renewable fuels, the pump accepts biofuel blends up to 100%, so no hardware change is needed when switching from mineral oil to full biodiesel. Delivery pressure is preset at 7 bar at the factory, giving predictable atomization at the downstream nozzle. A built-in shut-off function stops flow immediately when the drive motor is de-energized, preventing drip after shutdown. Filtration is handled by a 75 cm² ring filter with a 150 µm mesh, which traps coarse debris before it reaches the nozzle and extends service intervals. The outlet is arranged on the left side, identified as an L nozzle pressure outlet, to align with equipment that has fixed piping geometry. Two-pipe connections let the pump draw fuel from the tank and return excess supply, maintaining constant circulation and aiding automatic deaeration.
