The 070L3230 pump is produced by Danfoss within the RSA Oil Pumps series and feeds kerosene or light oil to small hydraulic or burner assemblies. It leaves the factory adjusted to 7 bar, letting installers connect it without field calibration, and it can develop up to 21 bar during service for circuits that require moderate working pressure. Electrical demand is 70 W, allowing power supply sizing in control panels, and the rotor can run at a maximum speed of 3600 rpm to support rapid oil delivery. A media temperature ceiling of 120 °C permits use with pre-heated fuel, while the specified oil type of kerosene or light oil defines the viscosity range accepted by the gear set.
A minimum media temperature of −10 °C enables cold-start operation, and a suction vacuum limit of 0.4 bar sets the allowable inlet pressure drop. The 10 mm shaft diameter matches standard couplings, and a starting torque requirement of 0.22 N·m specifies the drive motor capacity. For cleanliness, an internal filter offers 75 cm² of surface area with a 150 µm grade that removes coarse particles before they reach the pumping elements.
