The 070-5376 oil pump is produced by Danfoss within the RSA Oil Pumps series and is intended to meter fuel in hydraulic automation loops. Its single-stage design simplifies internal flow while delivering 50 L/h to keep burners or lubrication points supplied at a constant rate. The pump works with kerosene or light oil, giving flexibility in fuel selection for plant operators. A 10 mm shaft diameter permits direct coupling to compact electric motors without an adapter. Right-hand rotation aligns with common drive arrangements and maintains correct gear engagement. An operating speed window of 2400 rpm to 3600 rpm lets controllers vary throughput to match process demand, and electrical load remains at 63 W to limit heat generation inside the enclosure.
The discharge side leaves the factory set to 7 bar, while an adjustable range from 5.5 bar to 15 bar keeps atomization quality stable across changing fuel grades. A built-in filter with 75 cm² of surface area and a 150 µm mesh holds particulates, extending service intervals for downstream nozzles. Media temperature tolerance spans from −10 °C to 120 °C so cold starts and high-load operation do not force viscosity-related shutdowns. Fuel exits through a left-hand nozzle outlet, which simplifies piping when the pump is installed on the right side of a burner frame.
