The 070-3410 pump is produced by Danfoss as part of the RSA Oil Pumps series and is intended to move oil in hydraulic automation loops. It delivers 255 L/h, providing adequate volume for moderate-duty circuits, and its single-stage design keeps the assembly compact. Working pressure can reach 21 bar, while clockwise rotation is set by the R shaft orientation. A 7/16 in shaft diameter mates with standard drive couplings, and a suction vacuum limit of 0.4 bar permits installation below the supply tank. The unit handles kerosene or other light oil and is fully compatible with biofuel blend 100. Starting torque is only 0.35 N·m, so smaller electric motors can bring the pump up to speed.
Factory delivery pressure is preset to 10 bar, reducing commissioning time for field technicians. A ring filter with 170 cm² surface area and 150 µm mesh is integrated to capture particulate before it reaches valves or injectors. The housing supports a single 1-pipe connection, simplifying plumbing by eliminating a separate return line. Discharge exits through an L-style nozzle outlet that aligns with common burner and manifold hardware. Power consumption remains at 211 W during rated operation, keeping electrical load modest in multi-axis hydraulic systems. These combined features make the 070-3410 suitable for compact automation skids that must balance flow capacity with energy efficiency.
