The 180B6188 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and supplies high pressure fluid required in hydraulic automation circuits. A maximum outlet pressure of 160 barg allows the unit to drive actuators that need elevated working pressures, while a displacement of 80 cm³ per revolution defines the quantity of fluid moved each shaft turn. At 1 500 rpm the pump delivers 108.5 L/min, so a matching motor must provide 37 kW at that speed. A torque demand of 219.8 Nm at maximum pressure guides coupling and gearbox selection. The housing is built from AISI 316 to resist corrosion from water-based media, and NBR seals retain pressure and prevent external leakage. A 1 1/2-inch inlet connection accepts standard suction piping, and a 1-inch outlet port simplifies integration with high pressure headers. Normal inlet pressure is limited to 6 barg to protect the internal check valves, yet the design tolerates peak inlet surges to 20 barg during start-up or line shock. Ambient and media temperatures may each reach 50 °C without derating, ensuring reliable service in warm plant rooms.
