The 180B6185 pump is part of the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss. Designed to supply pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation, it moves 50.00 cm³ per revolution, establishing the volume delivered each shaft turn. The drive operates between 700 rpm and 1800 rpm, while 1000 rpm is defined as the continuous minimum speed to preserve internal lubrication. Flow rate varies accordingly, reaching 28.60 l/min at the low end and 83.70 l/min at maximum speed so circuits can be matched to demand. A 1 1/2 in inlet port allows adequate intake, and a 1 in outlet port directs the pressurized stream toward downstream equipment. The housing is built from AISI 316, giving the pump resistance to corrosion that can occur in high-pressure water service.
This model accepts continuous inlet pressure up to 6.0 barg and can tolerate short peaks of 20 barg, protecting it against supply surges. On the discharge side it sustains at least 30 barg and supports up to 80 barg, providing the high working pressure required in many hydraulic processes. NBR seals contain the fluid and limit leakage under these conditions. A net weight of 35.5 kg influences mounting hardware selection and handling procedures. During operation the unit emits 81 dBA, so additional acoustic measures may be considered when installing the pump in noise-sensitive locations.
