The 180B6184 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series and is produced by Danfoss for hydraulic automation where compact, positive-displacement supply is required. It delivers between 7.60 l/min and 21.60 l/min, so system designers can size actuators over a moderate flow band. Operating speed may be set anywhere from 1000 rpm to 2400 rpm, enabling direct coupling to varied prime movers. Discharge pressure spans 10 barg to 140 barg, allowing the unit to support both low and high pressure circuits in the same platform. The inlet line must not exceed 4.0 barg during continuous service to protect internal check valves. A 3/4 in inlet port simplifies connection to common suction piping, while a 3/8 in outlet port mates with standard high-pressure tubing.
An AISI 304 stainless steel housing provides corrosion resistance when water-based media circulate through the pump. The working fluid may be between 2 °C and 50 °C, and the surrounding environment can rise to 50 °C without affecting rated life. NBR seals keep the pumping chamber tight against external leakage over the entire pressure range. Short-term supply surges up to 4 barg are tolerated at the inlet, giving headroom for transient spikes during start-up. A 0.250 in drain connection lets service technicians route bypass flow back to tank or to a collection line without added adapters.
