The 180B6181 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and is intended for hydraulic automation that moves water under high pressure. The body is made of AISI 304, providing corrosion resistance to extend service life. An NBR seal set keeps fluid contained so external leakage is minimized. The 1/2 in inlet port fits common hydraulic hoses, while the 1/4 in outlet port mates with high-pressure tubing for downstream devices. An M6 drain port removes bypass fluid to prevent housing over-pressure. Internal displacement is 4 cm³ per revolution, setting the volume transferred each shaft turn, and this design supports a maximum flow of 10.1 l/min for compact actuator circuits. The pump can run up to 3000 rpm, allowing direct coupling to small electric motors without gear reduction.
Continuous operation is possible from 1000 rpm, giving designers a lower speed limit that reduces noise during light-load periods. The inlet can accept up to 4 barg, so a moderate pre-charge or filtration stage can be used without cavitation risk. Outlet pressure capability reaches 100 barg for high-force tooling, but should not drop below 10 barg to keep internal check valves seated. The pump handles media temperatures up to 50 °C, making it suitable for mildly heated process water. A 1.5 kW motor at 50 Hz supplies the required input power for full-speed duty. Peak drive torque is 8.1 Nm at maximum pressure, simplifying coupling and shaft selection. Operating noise is measured at 76 dBA, allowing installation near personnel while remaining within typical industrial sound limits.
