The 180B6131 pump from Danfoss belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series and supplies pressurized water or thin hydraulic media for compact automation skids. Its wetted components are built from AISI 304, a stainless steel grade that resists corrosion in typical process fluids. A fixed displacement of 2 cm³ per revolution sets the volume moved on each shaft turn, allowing accurate flow estimates when paired with speed control. The permitted operating window begins at 1000 rpm and reaches 3000 rpm, so system designers can match motor speed to the demanded duty cycle. Within that range the unit can deliver up to 4.1 l/min, giving steady flow for small actuators or spray nozzles. An inlet port threaded for 1/2 in connections accepts the supply line, while the 1/4 in outlet port provides a compact high-pressure discharge interface. NBR sealing elements are fitted to keep the working fluid contained and to tolerate common additives used in industrial water hydraulics.
For pressure regulation the pump supports an outlet between 10 barg and 100 barg, enabling proportioning valves to maintain stable tool forces without exceeding component ratings. The inlet side must stay below 4 barg, preventing overloading of the internal check valves. Media temperatures from 2 °C to 50 °C are allowed, so the unit can handle chilled water as well as warm process streams without viscosity-related issues. When driven to the 100 barg limit, the shaft requires 4.4 Nm, information needed for sizing electric or pneumatic motors that couple to the pump. A measured sound pressure level of 76 dBA helps predict noise exposure in machinery enclosures. An M6 drain port is provided to route minor internal leakage back to the tank, keeping the housing free of excess fluid and maintaining long-term reliability in continuous service.
