The 180B6130 pump is provided by Danfoss within the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series. It supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation circuits that need compact, oil-free water hydraulics. The internal geometry displaces 4 cm³ per revolution, and when the shaft turns at 1500 rpm the unit delivers 5.0 l/min, a duty point that requires a 1.5 kW prime mover. Generating the maximum rated outlet pressure of 100 barg calls for 8.1 Nm of torque, while system back-pressure must stay above 10 barg to maintain stable operation. Shaft speed is allowed between 1000 and 3000 rpm, giving flexibility for variable-frequency drives. The housing is produced from AISI 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion in water service, and the complete pump weighs 4.4 kg which helps with manifold or frame mounting in tight cabinets.
Fluid enters the 180B6130 through a G 1/2 BSPP inlet port with a 15 mm thread depth, and inlet pressure must remain below 4 barg to prevent cavitation. Discharge leaves through a G 1/4 BSPP outlet port machined to an 11 mm depth so that standard high-pressure fittings can be attached directly. A bleed port tapped M6 and accessed with a 4 mm hex key simplifies air removal during commissioning. The keyed shaft couples to motors by means of a 5 × 5 × 20 mm parallel key, ensuring positive torque transfer without slippage. Acoustic emission during nominal operation is 76 dB(A), supporting installation close to operators when required. These interface details and operating limits let the pump integrate straightforwardly into closed-loop hydraulic systems where consistent high-pressure water delivery is mandatory.
