The 180B6121 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and is intended to supply pressurized water for hydraulic automation where compact, oil-free operation is required. Its body is machined from AISI 316 stainless steel, a choice that resists corrosion when the medium contains dissolved salts or chemicals. The unit delivers 32 cm³ per revolution, giving designers a fixed volumetric reference when sizing drive motors and flow controls. An inlet port of 1 1/4 in with BSPP threads mates directly to standard supply headers, while the pump supports a peak flow of 68.5 l/min for high-demand duty cycles. Stable operation is maintained down to 18.2 l/min, so the same pump can accommodate partial-load conditions without cavitation. The shaft can be turned as slowly as 700 rpm for brief periods, but continuous service should remain at or above 1000 rpm to keep internal lubrication and cooling effective.
The discharge side uses a 3/4 in BSPP outlet that simplifies connection to common high-pressure tubing. A maximum outlet pressure of 160 barg permits the pump to drive reverse-osmosis membranes, cutting tools, or surface preparation jets without external intensifiers. NBR seals are fitted to retain water and exclude air, balancing chemical resistance with low friction at the plungers. An M6 drain port returns bypass leakage to tank so the crankcase stays free of excess fluid. The rotating group tolerates speeds up to 2400 rpm, enabling compact electric or engine drives where higher power density is desirable. For steady flow control the outlet must not drop below 30 barg, a threshold that prevents valve chatter and maintains volumetric efficiency. During operation the sound pressure level reaches 79 dBA, information needed for enclosure design or personal hearing protection planning.
