The housing is made from AISI 316, which resists corrosion when the pumped media contains chlorides. The inlet side tolerates peak pressures up to 20 barg, so the pump can be fed by pressurized reservoirs without risk of case distortion. A minimum continuous speed of 1000 rpm is recommended to keep internal bearings lubricated during long duty cycles. Fluid temperature must remain between 2 °C and 50 °C; staying within this window prevents viscosity-related cavitation and protects elastomers. Those elastomers are specified as NBR seals, selected for compatibility with typical water-glycol and light oil media. When the unit is driven to its rated 160 barg, the shaft demands 69.2 Nm of torque, information that guides motor or engine sizing.
