The 180B1017 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and is intended to supply consistent hydraulic power to systems that require water at controlled high pressure. Its body is fabricated from AISI 316 to resist corrosion when pumping mildly aggressive media. A displacement of 70 cm³ per revolution defines the volume delivered for each shaft turn, while a maximum speed of 1800 rpm and a minimum continuous speed of 1000 rpm set the operating envelope for reliable bearing and valve performance. At rated conditions the pump reaches a maximum flow of 113.9 l/min, yet it can be throttled down to 36.6 l/min for partial-load operation. The inlet port has a 1 ½ in connection to accept large supply lines, and the outlet port is sized at 1 in for compact high-pressure piping.

In service the pump handles fluids up to 50 °C without loss of dimensional stability, permitting use with ambient or slightly heated water circuits. It can generate outlet pressure as high as 160 bar g, but the discharge must not drop below 30 bar g to maintain internal component alignment. Suction conditions are limited to a peak inlet pressure of 20 bar g to avoid overloading the seals and thrust plates. Those seals are manufactured from NBR, giving good compatibility with water and allowing straightforward maintenance intervals. Acoustic emissions measure 86 dBA, so enclosure or ear protection may be required in noise-sensitive areas. Together these limits define the safe operating window for automated hydraulic skids where precise, quiet, and temperature-controlled high-pressure delivery is critical.
