The 180B1016 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series and is manufactured by Danfoss for hydraulic automation circuits that require compact high-pressure supply. It displaces 90 cm³ per revolution, so each shaft turn transfers a fixed fluid volume for accurate flow calculation. The shaft may run as low as 700 rpm but should remain at or above 1000 rpm during continuous duty to maintain proper lubrication. Rotation can increase to 1800 rpm, enabling the pump to meet variable demand without changing hardware. The outlet side tolerates 160 barg, while a minimum of 30 barg keeps the internal pistons seated correctly. The inlet side withstands peaks of 20 barg, preventing damage when supply tanks are pressurized. Delivering the maximum outlet pressure requires 246.6 Nm of torque at the shaft, a figure used to size the prime mover. A 1 1/2 in inlet port supplies fluid with minimal restriction, and the housing is formed from AISI 316 stainless steel or higher to resist corrosion. NBR seals control leakage around moving parts under the stated pressure limits.

The pump can supply up to 149.6 liters per minute, providing sufficient flow for multiple actuators in parallel circuits. It handles media temperatures from 2 °C to 50 °C, covering chilled water and moderately warm process liquids used in factory environments. Discharge exits through a 1 in port that matches common high-pressure fittings and keeps line velocity within acceptable limits. The measured sound pressure level is 86 dB(A), which may call for acoustic insulation or distance when the unit operates near personnel. Together, these flow, temperature, port, and noise parameters define the installation envelope and help technicians plan piping runs, fluid conditioning equipment, and safety measures. The defined temperature window also supports consistent internal clearances, preserving volumetric efficiency during long duty cycles.
