The 180B1010 pump is part of the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and is intended to supply stable flow in hydraulic automation systems. Its housing is built from AISI 316 stainless steel, a material that resists corrosion when aggressive or seawater-based media are used. A displacement of 25 cm³ per revolution determines the exact volume delivered with each shaft turn for accurate dosing. The continuous operating window starts at 1000 rpm so internal bearings stay lubricated, while the upper speed limit of 2400 rpm supports high throughput cycles. At a maximum flow of 52.2 l/min the unit can feed multiple actuators without starvation. The outlet circuit must run between 30 bar g and 160 bar g; this pressure span covers typical misting, cleaning, or injection duties. Acoustic output reaches 79 dBA, keeping noise exposure within common plant guidelines.
The suction side uses a 1 1/4 in inlet port, enabling direct connection to standard low-pressure manifolds, while the discharge leaves through a 3/4 in outlet that mates with high-pressure tubing. Normal inlet head is limited to 6 bar g so cavitation is avoided, yet the pump tolerates peak surges up to 20 bar g that can occur during rapid valve shifts. Fluid temperature may range from 2 °C to 50 °C, allowing operation with chilled process water or moderately warm cleaning solutions. An M6 drain port directs bypass leakage safely back to tank and prevents case over-pressurization. All dynamic sealing elements are made from NBR, providing compatibility with common hydraulic oils and maintaining elasticity across the stated temperature span.
