The 180B1009 pump is part of the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and is used to move process water in hydraulic automation systems that need consistent pressure. Each shaft revolution displaces 20 cm³ of fluid, providing predictable volumetric delivery. Flow can be adjusted from 10.8 l/min up to 42.1 l/min, and speeds may reach 2400 rpm to achieve the upper range without cavitation. A 1 1/4 in inlet port brings fluid to the pump, while a 3/4 in outlet port directs it to the circuit. Downstream equipment receives working pressure between 30 barg and 100 barg, making the unit suitable for clamps, presses, and other high-pressure devices.
The housing is formed from AISI 316 stainless steel to resist corrosion, and NBR elastomer seals isolate the wet end from the drive side. Suction lines may run at 6 barg and tolerate peaks of 20 barg without damage, so flooded inlets or boosted supplies are acceptable. Media temperature can vary from 2 °C to 50 °C, allowing cold-water startup and moderate warm-water duty. An M6 drain port channels incidental leakage away from bearings to protect the gearbox. Acoustic emission during full-load operation is 79 dBA, which guides enclosure design or personal protective measures in the plant.
