The 180B1008 pump belongs to the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series and is produced by Danfoss to supply pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation loops. A fixed displacement of 12.5 cm³ per revolution sets the volume metered on every shaft turn, and a maximum flow of 27.7 l/min lets the unit support medium-duty circuits. The pump can run continuously from 1000 rpm and reaches a top speed of 2400 rpm when additional output is required. Mechanical efficiency is 0.9, so most of the input energy from the paired 5.5 kW, 50 Hz motor is converted to hydraulic power instead of heat. At the rated outlet pressure of 140 bar g, the shaft must deliver 31.7 Nm of torque, providing a clear figure for coupling and drive-train sizing.
The inlet side tolerates up to 4 bar g to reduce cavitation risk in long suction lines, and fluid enters through a 3/4 in BSPP port while discharge leaves via a 3/8 in BSPP connection; any case drain returns through a 1/4 in BSPP fitting. The housing is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel to combat corrosion, and NBR seals maintain leakage control against a range of common media. The pump handles liquid temperatures up to 50 °C without loss of service life, and its sound level of 75 dB(A) helps planners address workplace noise limits.
