The 180B1006 pump is part of the PAHT G High Pressure Pumps series from Danfoss and is intended to supply pressurized water for hydraulic automation loops. Its body is formed from AISI 304 stainless steel to withstand corrosion in demanding plant environments. Displacement is 6.3 cm³ per revolution, defining the volume moved with each shaft turn. The shaft can be driven between 1000 and 3000 rpm so system designers can tailor flow to the load. Across this speed range the pump delivers 5.4 – 18.1 l/min, covering both low and moderate demand circuits. During operation the sound pressure level reaches 76 dBA, allowing planners to determine enclosure requirements and hearing protection.
The inlet is a 1/2 in port, and supply pressure must stay below 4 barg to protect internal components. Discharge leaves through a 1/4 in outlet and can be regulated between 10 and 100 barg, giving the pump flexibility for tools or actuators that require controlled high pressure. Permitted media temperature ranges from 2 – 50 °C, enabling use with cold rinse water or warmer process streams. An NBR seal contains the fluid and resists wear from continuous cycling. An M6 drain connection is included so any internal leakage can be routed safely back to tank.
