The 180B6122 displacement pump belongs to the PAH Displacement Pumps series and is produced by Danfoss for hydraulic automation where consistent flow and elevated pressure are required. Its displacement is 4 cm³ per revolution, and it operates continuously from 700 rpm to a maximum of 1800 rpm to match common electric motor outputs. Within this speed range the unit supplies from 1.9 l/min to 6.4 l/min, enabling precise metering in small hydraulic circuits. Fluid enters through a 1/2 in inlet port and exits through a 1/4 in outlet port so the pump can be integrated with standardized tubing. The outlet pressure is adjustable between 10 barg and 140 barg for both low and high pressure applications, while the inlet side is limited to 4 barg to avoid cavitation during draw.
The housing is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, giving corrosion resistance when processing mildly aggressive fluids. NBR seals are fitted to maintain internal tightness and support long service life with common hydraulic oils. The allowable media temperature extends from 2 °C to 50 °C, which satisfies most low-heat industrial systems without auxiliary cooling. A dedicated M6 drain port is provided so any leakage can be routed back to tank and prevent pressure buildup behind the shaft seal. The pump weighs 4 kg, allowing one-hand handling during installation and reducing load on mounting brackets.
