The 180B6108 displacement pump is produced by Danfoss for the PAH Displacement Pumps series and supplies pressurized hydraulic media for automation circuits. Each revolution moves 12.5 cm³, establishing a predictable volumetric rate. When driven to its upper speed of 2400 rpm the pump can furnish up to 27.7 l/min, while operation is possible down to 1000 rpm for reduced flow demands. The inlet port uses a 3/4 in BSPP thread and is limited to 4 barg, so upstream filtration and supply design must stay within that pressure. A 1/4 in BSPP threaded drain line routes case leakage back to tank to protect bearings and seals. The assembly weighs 7.7 kg, enabling single-person handling during installation.
On the discharge side, the pump supports continuous pressures between 10 barg and 140 barg, giving a wide working range for actuators and accumulators. Media temperatures are restricted between 2 °C and 50 °C to maintain viscosity and avoid seal damage. The outlet port is a 3/8 in BSPP thread that matches common hydraulic tubing sizes. NBR is used for the primary seal set to resist mineral oils and maintain elasticity across the allowed temperature window. Acoustic output is rated at 75 dBA, helping machines meet shop-floor noise targets without extensive sound shielding.
