The 180B1033 pump is manufactured by Danfoss as part of the PAH Displacement Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation loops where steady volume delivery is required. A geometric displacement of 6.3 cm³ per revolution defines the fluid volume moved each shaft turn, and at 1500 rpm the unit delivers 8.6 l/min so downstream actuators can be sized accurately. The driving motor must supply 2.2 kW at that speed, aligning power selection with system demand. A minimum operating speed of 1000 rpm safeguards volumetric efficiency during low-flow conditions, while a maximum speed of 3000 rpm permits higher cycle rates when demand rises. Shaft torque peaks at 12.4 Nm under the highest load, guiding coupling design, and an overall weight of 4.4 kg allows single-person handling during installation. The housing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance in industrial fluid circuits.
The pump withstands outlet pressures up to 100 barg for high-pressure hydraulic tools and requires a minimum discharge of 30 barg to maintain internal lubrication. Inlet supply can be pressurized to 4 barg at peak without risking damage. Fluid enters through a G 1/2 BSPP port suited to standard pipework and exits via a G 1/4 BSPP port designed for compact high-pressure tubing. An ISO 3019-2 63A2HW mounting flange aligns with common motor frames for straightforward assembly. FFKM seals offer chemical and temperature resistance where aggressive media or elevated heat are present. During operation the unit produces 76 dB(A) of sound pressure, allowing planners to evaluate noise control measures in work areas.
