The 180B1032 positive displacement pump belongs to the PAH Displacement Pumps series and is manufactured by Danfoss for hydraulic automation tasks that require stable high-pressure water supply. The pump body is built from AISI 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion in demanding fluid circuits. Each revolution displaces 4 cm³ of media, providing predictable volumetric output for closed-loop control. Fluid enters through a G 1/2 BSPP inlet, and the design supports a maximum flow of 10.1 l/min for compact hydraulic skids. The inlet side tolerates up to 4 barg, while the outlet channel withstands 100 barg so the unit can serve reverse-osmosis or misting manifolds. Operation is permitted up to 50 °C media temperature, enabling use with moderately heated process water. FFKM elastomer seals isolate wetted areas to maintain leakage integrity when exposed to aggressive additives.
The hydraulic performance envelope is tied to rotational speed; the 180B1032 may be driven up to 3000 rpm and must not run below 1000 rpm in continuous duty to avoid pulsation. Within this window the flow can drop to 2.9 l/min, allowing proportioning in variable-demand circuits. The pump handles media as cold as 2 °C and requires a discharge line pressure of at least 30 barg to seat its check valves correctly. Mechanical connection follows the ISO 3019-2 63A2HW mounting flange, simplifying interchange with other frame-63 motors or gearboxes. Pressurized fluid exits through a G 1/4 BSPP port that matches common high-pressure tubing. Shaft torque is transferred by a 5 × 5 × 20 mm parallel key, ensuring slip-free coupling to electric or engine drives without additional adapters.
