The 180B1030 displacement pump is produced by Danfoss as part of the PAH Displacement Pumps series and is intended to supply pressurized fluid in hydraulic automation circuits. It moves 2 cm³ per revolution, allowing precise flow control in compact systems. A minimum operating speed of 1000 rpm prevents internal leakage, while a maximum speed of 3000 rpm supports high throughput when demand increases. Mechanical efficiency of 0.8 limits power losses, and a peak torque requirement of 4.4 Nm at the maximum pressure assists in motor sizing. The inlet connection uses a G 1/2 BSPP thread to match common supply lines, and the inlet can accept momentary pressures up to 4 bar g without cavitation. Fluid exits through a G 1/4 BSPP port sized for stable delivery to downstream components.
The pump sustains outlet pressures from 30 bar g to a maximum of 100 bar g, so it can serve both low-pressure priming duties and higher-pressure actuation tasks in the same installation. The wetted parts are built from AISI 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion, and all dynamic seals are made from FFKM to withstand aggressive media and elevated temperatures. A mounting flange conforming to ISO 3019-2 63A2HW simplifies alignment with standard motor adapters, while a 5 × 5 × 20 mm parallel key transmits drive torque without slip. The assembled unit weighs 4.4 kg, light enough for vertical manifold mounting, and the measured sound pressure level of 76 dB(A) supports installation in noise-restricted plant areas.
