The 180B0088 displacement pump is produced by Danfoss within the PAH Displacement Pumps series. It supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation circuits that require stable flow and high outlet pressure. The pump volume of 80 cm³ per revolution defines its theoretical delivery, while a maximum rotational speed of 1800 rpm and a minimum continuous speed of 1000 rpm set the operating window for the drive motor. When pushed to the rated limit, it handles a maximum outlet pressure of 160 barg and develops 219.8 Nm of torque, enabling the unit to move dense media without stalling. Flow capacity reaches 132.6 l/min at peak conditions, and the wetted housing is formed from AISI 316 to improve resistance to chlorides and other aggressive process fluids. Fluid enters through a 1 1/2-inch BSPP inlet that tolerates up to 20 barg, and it is discharged through a 1-inch BSPP outlet to match common high-pressure piping. The unit withstands media temperatures up to 50 °C, allowing installation in moderate thermal environments without auxiliary cooling. Continuous duty at 1500 rpm demands 37 kW from the driving motor, so drive sizing must account for that power requirement. During operation, airborne noise remains at 80 dB(A), which guides enclosure design and hearing protection measures. These interface dimensions, thermal limits, and acoustic characteristics complete the pump’s envelope, ensuring correct integration into automated hydraulic skids and high-pressure water systems.
