The 180B0086 displacement pump is manufactured by Danfoss for the PAH Displacement Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid to hydraulic automation equipment. A stainless AISI 316 body resists corrosion in water-borne systems, ensuring long service life. The fixed displacement of 63 cm³ per revolution defines the volume moved with each shaft turn, allowing predictable flow calculation. Shaft rotation may reach 1800 rpm for peak duty cycles, while a minimum continuous speed of 1000 rpm avoids inefficient operation at low velocity. The unit delivers up to 101.1 l/min so it can charge accumulators or feed several actuators simultaneously. A 1 1/2 in BSPP thread on the inlet accepts standard suction hoses, and a 1 in BSPP thread on the outlet mates with common high-pressure lines. NBR seals contain the working fluid and prevent external leakage under dynamic pressure.
Ambient air may be as warm as 50 °C without derating, allowing installation in non-conditioned machine rooms. Pumped media can range from 2 °C to 50 °C, covering cold start and heated operation. Continuous inlet pressure is limited to 6 barg to protect the suction stage, yet transient peaks up to 20 barg can be tolerated during supply fluctuations. The outlet side withstands 160 barg, enabling high-pressure water hydraulics used in cutting or forming processes. An M6 metric drain port routes bearing flush fluid back to tank for clean recirculation. Operating noise is held to 80 dBA so it fits within typical industrial sound limits without additional acoustic shielding.
